For the last two weekends, the famous Californian music festival has taken over Palm Springs in the USA. As a big fan of festivals I decided to hit up Coachella for a second time. This festival draws in crowds from all over the world but the majority you meet are L.A folk. As expected like most US festivals, it was really well organised, loads going on and there were some great artists performing.
One of the highlights for me was all the different food trucks – an amazing selection and seriously tasty stuff. We particularly enjoyed a new food concept which was showcasing at Coachella, Kushiyaki Dogs – traditional american hot dogs with a twist of Japanese. They offer vegetarian and vegan alternatives too and all the dishes we tried were incredible! Look out for these guys….they are onto to something special!
Over the weekend we saw loads of brilliant acts, Azealia Banks and Drake both put on amazing shows. But the UK artists definitely were on the best form, especially, Alt-J, Belle & Sebastian and the amazing Florence and the Machine.
It was an epic weekend and something you should all experience if you are in that part of the world or fancy a trip over. I have put together some of my favourite shots from the weekend for you to enjoy…..
